I have been training with Barzan regularly for two years, at the swimming pool and in open water. I am impressed by his wide variety of swimming drills and the use of gears. He carefully plans our classes, and each session is different, constantly adding new exercises, whether IMs, Fartlek training, sets of sprints or endurance, using pedals, fins, pull buoys, or even land exercises. Barzan analyses my training zones, monitors my pulse rate, and uses videos to analyze my swimming technique. His vast experience in training and competition makes him very systematic and conscientious, engineering an excellent swimmer development program. He is a sprinter, and sprinters know that life is fast, training hours to drop one-tenth of a second to finish in the quickest time. So, if you are looking for someone systematic, meticulous, and thorough, whether you have no experience with water or want to excel, Barzan will customize his training to fit your needs and ensure variety, fun, and success.
